AstroStash does not issue or manage cards, rewards accounts, points, balances or benefits. It is not a payment service or a replacement for an official identity document.
Retailer independence
AstroStash is not affiliated with or endorsed by a retailer or loyalty program unless expressly stated. Names, logos and card designs belong to their respective owners. A card saved by a user does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Card acceptance and scanning
Each card issuer sets its own rules. Saving a card does not change those rules or guarantee that an issuer or scanner will accept the saved copy. Some programs require a physical card, a changing barcode, identity verification or their own official app.
Scanning, manual entry and image processing can produce errors. Compare the saved number, barcode and photos with the original before relying on them. Keep your original card or another accepted method available, especially until you have tested the saved card at checkout.
AstroStash does not control retailer decisions, account access, points, rewards, discounts or program changes.
Your collection and backups
Cards and photos are stored on your device and do not automatically sync between devices. Uninstalling, clearing app data, losing your phone or a storage failure can result in loss of the collection.
Keep a current encrypted backup before changing phones or removing the app. Protect the backup file and password. A backup includes only the information present when it was exported; later changes need a new export. Check the app's backup limits and confirm restoration works before relying on a recovery copy.
Weriuy does not receive your backup password and cannot recover a forgotten password or a collection without a usable backup.
Privacy and security

App lock controls access through Android authentication. It does not separately encrypt the card database or guarantee protection against every form of unauthorised access. AstroStash does not receive or store your biometric templates or phone screen-lock credential. Use a secure phone lock, keep your device updated and protect exported files.
When you choose email or a cloud storage provider, that service handles the information under its own privacy practices. Do not include card numbers, card photos or backup passwords in support messages unless necessary and specifically discussed with support.
Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to provide a reliable app, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or card, or acceptance by every scanner. Retailer systems, device software and operating-system changes can affect operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AstroStash is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weriuy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights concerning quality, fitness or refunds.
Purchases and refunds
For Google Play purchases, applicable Google Play purchase and refund policies also apply. Contact astrostash.support@gmail.com for help with app or purchase issues. These terms do not remove any refund rights provided by applicable law or Google Play policies.
Test builds
An alpha, beta or test version may contain unfinished features or defects. Keep another way to present important cards and maintain a backup. Test status does not remove consumer rights that apply by law.
